David W. Hunt President and Founder of D.AR. Incorporated, Global
Security Consultants
Col. David Hunt has extensive experience advising corporate and
government leaders, providing intelligence, and guiding
strategic planning for security intervention. Prior to
forming D.A.R. Incorporated, David was a member of our
Armed Forces for over 29 years, serving in critical
assignments from Viet Nam to Bosnia. He has consulted on
terrorism cases originating in Cairo, Palestine, Russia
and Pakistan. In addition, Col. Hunt is a national media
consultant and contributor to FOX News and has lectured
at the National Security Agency, FBI Academy, Harvard
University, and the John F. Kennedy School of
Government.
Larry W. Sonsini Larry W. Sonsini specializes in the fields of
corporate law, securities, and mergers and acquisitions
at the law firm of Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati.
He is the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of the
firm.
Mr. Sonsini has been a Member of the faculty at the
Boalt Hall School of Law, University of California,
Berkeley since 1985. He also lectures, from time to
time, at other law schools, including Stanford
University School of Law. His course of instruction
includes the federal and state securities laws,
corporate finance and mergers and acquisitions.
In 1999 Mr. Sonsini was selected as a Member of the
American Academy of Arts and Sciences. In addition, Mr.
Sonsini is a Member of the American Law Institute and a
Member of the Board of Advisors to the Haas School of
Business, University of California, Berkeley. He was
formerly a trustee at the University of California,
Berkeley (1990-1996).
In 2001 he was appointed to the Board of
Directors of the New York Stock Exchange and is a member
of the NYSE's Corporate Accountability and Listing
Standards Committee.
Mr. Sonsini has also served on a number of advisory
boards and committees, including: The SEC's Advisory
Committee on Capital Formation and Regulatory Processes;
ABA Committee on Federal Regulation of Securities; Legal
Advisory Committee to the Board of Governors, New York
Stock Exchange; Legal Advisory Board of the NASD, Inc.;
Board of Advisors, Technical Law Journal, Boalt Hall. He
was recently chosen as the Honorary Chair of the High
Technology Law Institute at Santa Clara University.
Mr. Sonsini has also served on numerous Board of
Directors. Currently he
is a Director of the following public companies: Brocade
Communications Systems, Inc., Echelon Corporation,
Lattice Semiconductor Corporation, LSI Logic, Inc.,
Tibco Software, Inc., PIXAR, Inc.
